First public preview of Mail Rule Manager for Classic Outlook — a Windows app to search, bulk-edit, duplicate and reorder rules in classic Outlook, and to find broken rules and rules that never run because an earlier rule stops processing.

Warning

This app modifies classic Outlook rules. Before you use "Save to Outlook" for the first time, back up your rules in Outlook: "Rules and Alerts" → "Options" → "Export Rules" (.rwz).
Saving edited rules to Outlook has been tested on a real mailbox (the edited rules were correctly applied in Outlook).

  • MailRuleManager.exe below (single file, about 400 KB, no installation)
  • Requires the .NET 8 Desktop Runtime and classic Outlook for Windows (the new Outlook is not supported)
  • The exe is not code-signed. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click "More info" → "Run anyway".

メール仕分けルールマネージャー for Outlook（クラシック） の最初の公開プレビューです。Outlook（クラシック）の仕分けルールを一覧・検索・一括操作・複製・並べ替えし、エラーのあるルールや「前のルールで処理が止まって実行されないルール」を見つける Windows アプリです。

Warning

このアプリは Outlook（クラシック）の仕分けルールを書き換えます。初めて「Outlook へ保存」を実行する前に、Outlook の「ルールと通知」→「オプション」→「ルールのエクスポート」で .rwz ファイルにバックアップしてください。
編集したルールを Outlook へ保存し、Outlook 側に正しく反映されることを実機で確認済みです。

ダウンロード

  • 下の MailRuleManager.exe（単一ファイル、約 400KB、インストール不要）
  • .NET 8 デスクトップランタイム と Outlook（クラシック）が必要です（新しい Outlook には非対応）
  • exe はコード署名をしていません。「Windows によって PC が保護されました」と表示されたら「詳細情報」→「実行」で起動できます。
