Kit v0.5.1 — independent Stats and FOH overview

Kit v0.5.1 makes Stats load independently with compact totals and chart data, and adds the FOH operational overview and resource-first CLI shipped since v0.4.0.

• Stats no longer downloads the trace list or eagerly loads filter pickers. List and Stats can share one selected read; source queries project needed fields.
• Preserve latest-session and grade filtering, timezone heatmaps and complete project/model breakdowns. Fix date-window aliases, cancellation, invalid row identities, narrow layouts and error/loading states.
• Bare hev provides a read-only operational overview. Resource and trace command groups expose explicit node context and bounded execution interfaces.
• Capture retained instruction versions, session commit/PR/workflow evidence and native PI traces; historical archive migration remains explicit and guarded.

The Stats implementation still scans projected revisions and computes aggregates in Kit. Native Layer aggregation and CDC migration are not part of this release. The observed internal live Stats load was about 3.4 seconds with a 38.6 KB response; this is one deployment observation, not a general performance guarantee.

Upgrade: brew update && brew upgrade hev/tap/kit.

Users with a custom hev wrapper or pinned worker runtime should verify their resolved executable after upgrading. This release does not automatically replace those selections or restart them.

The v0.5.0 packaging attempt stopped before publication because its Docker builder used Go 1.24. v0.5.1 aligns the builder with the Go 1.26 module requirement.
