HyperFrames v0.9.16

Released on 2026-11-05.

Capture now retries a refused screenshot once before reporting it, and Studio's cancel route replies only after the agent has stopped. Windows init no longer crashes at a drive root, and checks skip contrast samples taken mid-motion.
