• 「悬停「更多」」方案（设置 → 侧栏收纳 → 展开方式，第三项）：只有指针靠近**「更多」文字与其旁边图标**（各向外扩 6px）时才展开，扫过这一行的其他位置不会误触；点这一行的任何位置也能展开。收起仍与悬停方案一致：指针离开整组后延迟 220ms 折叠。
• 窄侧栏（收成 55px 图标轨道、侧栏不渲染文字）下，命中区自动退化成图标本身，轨道态照样能悬停展开。

修复

• 悬停判定现在同时看 mouseover 与 mousemove，并且一律用指针当前所在的位置判断命中。早期版本只看进入行那一下的坐标，指针从行边沿滑进来永远判不中 —— 这正是 0.3.1「要点击才展开」的根因，该版本已回退。
• 键盘焦点只在用键盘移动焦点（Tab / 方向键）时算展开理由；鼠标点一下不会再让这一组粘住。

说明

• 方案名记在 localStorage["dsh-sidebar-tidy:mode"]（hover / label / click），默认仍是「悬停整行」。
• 从旧版本升级后，展开方式沿用你原来的选择；想用新方案需去设置里手动切换。

• 设置 → 侧栏收纳 新增「移出折叠区的入口」：把侧栏现有的面板图标（插件 / 自动化任务 / 上下文洞察 / 技能中心）逐个做成开关，打开即让该入口退出折叠组、回到「新会话」下方、工作区上方；关掉又收进「更多」。
• 被移出的行在折叠态与展开态都直接可见，且不参与悬停展开 —— 指针扫过它不会把图标组弹开。
• 列表跟随侧栏槽位刷新：运行时新装的插件图标会自动出现在列表里；选择记在 localStorage["dsh-sidebar-tidy:keep"]。
• 实现：图标组 display: contents + 逐行 order（移出行 order:15，组内其余 order:30）；行与槽位条目靠 aria-label 文本 + slot order 对号，插件在行上写 data-dsh-tidy-id / data-dsh-tidy-keep。

Settings → Sidebar tidy now has Entries kept out of the group: one switch per panel icon. A kept-out row returns below New session / above Workspaces, stays visible in both the collapsed and expanded state, and no longer springs the hover expansion open. The list follows the sidebar slot, so icons added by plugins at runtime show up too; the choice is stored in localStorage["dsh-sidebar-tidy:keep"].

Implemented with display: contents on the icon group plus per-row order (kept-out rows get order:15, the rest stay at order:30); rows are matched to slot entries by aria-label text and slot order, then tagged with data-dsh-tidy-id / data-dsh-tidy-keep.

New settings page "Sidebar tidy" — pick how the panel-icon group expands:

• Hover (default) — expand on pointer enter, fold ~0.2 s after it leaves; nothing is remembered.
• Click — click the "More" row to toggle; the label flips between "More" and "Collapse".

Hover to expand

Move the pointer onto the "更多 / More" row to expand the folded panel icons; move away to fold again (a 220 ms close delay keeps accidental brush-offs from flickering). Clicking no longer toggles anything, and the open state is no longer persisted - the legacy localStorage key from 0.1.0 is cleared on load. Keyboard focus in/out of the row expands and folds as well.

Verified on DSH 0.2.0-rc.2 (Windows, desktop profile).
