Cleans up the local-CLI Snowflake/BigQuery experience for users who connected on sql.dbxlite.com and then ran npx dbxlite-ui (no proxy).

  • Connector throws a typed CloudProxyUnavailableError on 501 + cloud_proxy_unavailable body
  • ComputeStatusBadge detects it, stops the 30s poll permanently for that connector, and shows UNKNOWN
  • Catalog-listing error message now wraps so the full guidance is visible (was truncated to 'Use')

Underlying behavior is unchanged: cloud connectors still need the dbxlite-cloud Edge Functions to actually run queries. v0.3.4 just makes the missing-proxy state quiet and readable.
