Goat Events

Added support for goatling events, which trigger when you finish talking to a goatling.

Includes the real-time timer, setting start and end events, and tracking PBs until the game is closed. Supported events include starting and finishing the game, getting collectibles, using transitions, and entering rooms. See the readme for more information.
