• Storage setup now explains that its path holds persistent application data
  and storage settings, and prints the suggested path on its own input line.
• Setup completion guidance now appears after required-field prompts finish.

🔨 Fixed

• Fixed release preparation so apprc-gui gets the matching core version and
  exact apprc-core pin.
• Setup, storage registration, and ordinary user edits create a private AppRC
  directory when it is missing. Existing directories remain unchanged; user
  secret setup reports the explicit repair command when privacy checks fail.
  The Gradio editor explains secret save and repair failures without displaying
  the submitted value.
