Bdog 1268 - Build for Play 2.8 (#27)

  • Builds for Play 2.8 and drops Play 2.5. This requires injecting some previously static dependencies (ExecutionContext, SessionCookieBaker etc).
  • Removes deprecated functionality
  • Provides injectable instances for easier usage, and decouple from implementation. E.g. supports cookie encryption out of the box.
  • Exposes asynchronous API rather than blocking.
  • Uses caffeine instead of guava cache
