• 恢复 npm 直接安装 / Direct npm install：dsh-kimicode-swarm@0.2.2 已发布至 npm，可直接按包名安装，同时继续在 GitHub Release 提供预构建产物包。dsh-kimicode-swarm@0.2.2 is live on npm alongside the prebuilt release tarball.

• Swarm 模式（/swarm）：支持 /swarm、/swarm on、/swarm off 与 /swarm <任务>，状态随会话保存并在输入框旁显示徽标；默认需开启 Swarm 模式后才允许调用 swarm_batch（可通过 requireSwarmMode: false 关闭该限制）。Session-persisted Swarm mode with an input badge; swarm_batch requires Swarm mode by default.
• 上下文继承（fork）：子 Agent 可携带当前主会话历史启动。Subagents can start with the parent conversation history.
• 单项模型路由与宿主预设解析：每个子任务可独立指定 model，subagent_type 直接解析宿主已注册的 Agent 预设或映射表角色。Per-item model selection and host agent preset resolution via subagent_type.
• 429 限流退避与原会话续跑：自动识别限流错误并执行全局退避，恢复后继续同一子 Agent 会话（单任务最多重试 8 次），取消批次时保留已完成结果与未完成子会话的 agent_id。Rate-limit detection and global backoff that resumes the existing subagent (up to 8 retries per item), preserving completed outputs and resumable agent_ids on cancellation.
• 原生聊天面板与设置页：基于 DSH 原生组件构建实时进度卡片（分段进度条、工具活动、重试倒计时、子会话跳转、中英文与深浅主题），并在 v0.2.1 修复了成功批次误显示取消提示的问题。Native in-chat progress card and settings page (segmented progress, live tool activity, retry countdown, child session links, Chinese/English, light/dark themes), including the v0.2.1 fix for batch completion status display.

Fixes a display bug in v0.2.0 where completed batches still showed a cancellation notice under their results, and adds npm keywords and a bilingual package description.

Requires DeepSeek Harness 0.2.1-rc.5. Earlier versions of this plugin do not load on DSH 0.2.1.

Breaking changes

• swarm_batch only dispatches after the user turns on Swarm mode. Set requireSwarmMode: false to restore the old behavior.
• /swarm with no argument now toggles the mode.
• Configuration moved from ~/.dsh/settings.yaml to the profile entry. An old swarm: section is not migrated.

New

• Swarm mode: /swarm, /swarm on, /swarm off and /swarm <task>, saved with the session, with a badge in the input area.
• fork: subagents start with the conversation history.
• subagent_type now selects a registered agent preset or a mapping-table label, and rejects anything else.
• Rebuilt chat card and settings page on DSH components: segmented progress, tool activity, retry countdown, child session links, Markdown results, Chinese and English, light and dark.
• Settings for per-subagent timeout (2 hours by default) and per-batch concurrency.
• pnpm bench reproduces the scheduling numbers in the README.

Fixed

• Concurrency stalled at 6 because the ramp stopped after its first launch.
• Launches over the host's maxActiveSubagents failed; they now queue.
• Model rate limits were not detected, so backoff never ran on them. Retries now continue the same subagent.
• Persistent rate limits could keep a batch running forever; each task now retries at most 8 times.
• resume_agent_ids could not resume subagents the plugin had started; it now keeps their history.
• Cancelling lost finished results and agent ids; the model now sees them on its next turn.
• One dropped connection ended live progress until a reload; progress now reconnects and survives a page refresh.
• Subagent output containing </subagent> broke the result panel.
