A file tree that stays where you put it
The sidebar stops resetting. Which folders were open got rebuilt from the diff every time the diff was re-read — on every save, every stage, every time the window came back into focus. A folder you collapsed sprang open again; one you opened snapped shut. Your own decisions now sit on top of the automatic ones: changes arriving in a folder you have never touched still open it, and a folder you have ruled on stays where you left it.
Removed lines carry what they said. A removed line's number counts in the version before the change, so sending one to an agent pointed it at whatever occupies that line now. The message marks the line as removed and quotes it, which is what lets the agent find the right one in the diff.
Next unreviewed file. A button in the footer steps to the next file still needing a look, in sidebar order — which is where ⌘Enter leaves you. It goes quiet when there is nothing left.
The agents show their own marks. The toolbar showed a plug that said nothing about which agent was live. Claude and Codex now show their own marks, lit when a session is up and grey when it is not.
One commit row. "Generate commit message" folded into the row that commits. Nobody wanted the message without the commit, and one generated ahead of time describes a diff that goes stale the moment anything else is edited.
Fixes. The filter box no longer sits flush against the sidebar header. A long project path no longer pushes that project's name onto a second line in the palette. Every icon in the app now comes from one family, at one size, with one gap to its label.
