JEI KubeJS lets you create your own JEI recipe categories from KubeJS client scripts: page layout, slots, fluid tanks, arrows and flames, textures, text, tooltips, scroll areas, catalysts and click areas on container screens. No Java needed.
The two versions differ in a few places (mainly reading recipe JSON in multiplayer), so each has its own pages. Pick yours:
| Minecraft | Loader | Requires | Server |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1.21.1 | NeoForge 21.1+ | JEI 19.x, KubeJS 2101, Rhino | Not needed |
| 1.20.1 | Forge 47+ | JEI 15.x, KubeJS 2001, Rhino, Architectury | Optional, needed only for recipe.json() in multiplayer |
- Getting Started: install, first category, reloading
