v0.13.0
Compatibility
- This release explicitly targets Hubuum server v0.0.17, with its 227-operation,
336-schema OpenAPI contract and immutable multi-platform image
sha256:cc0518167816bfddb38853b8b7217c4a347511318d51e1abca93ca418f31b302.
Rust 1.88 and public feature availability remain unchanged. The canonical
pinned run passed 93 library and 33 consumer tests plus all four
restore/recovery variants; 87 wire-model mappings are reconciled. - Accept backup formats 6 and 7;
CURRENT_BACKUP_VERSIONis now 7. The server
produces format 7 and accepts format 6 with legacy notification defaults. - Preserve event sink delivery policies in CRUD and imports, task-kind
subscription filters, and delivery purpose and deferral details. Delivery
intervals are validated from 1 to 86,400,000 milliseconds. System-subscription
CRUD and notification preview/test are available throughraw(); see
the documented coverage. - Refresh the lockfile to Mio 1.2.4 after checking all workspace dependencies.
Verify all action pins against upstream releases and maintained branches;
the existing pins are current, including the Node 24 audit action revision.
Breaking changes and migration
- Breaking Rust API:
EventSubscriptionDeliveryHealth.collection_idis now
Option<CollectionId>. HandleNonefor system subscriptions and wrap
collection IDs inSomewhen constructing this response type. - Breaking Rust API:
NewEventSink,UpdateEventSink, and
ImportEventSinkInputgaindelivery_policy;EventSubscriptionFiltergains
task_kinds. AddNoneto exhaustive literals, use..Default::default()
where available, and add..to exhaustive destructuring patterns. - Server upgrade: stop all API, worker, and restore-executor writers, take a
PostgreSQL snapshot, and apply the webhook-notification migration before
starting matching v0.0.17 binaries. Binary-only rollback is unsupported;
recovery requires that snapshot and matching v0.0.16 binaries. Older servers
cannot restore new format-7 backups. Optional Treetop installations must
upgrade Treetop and their policy bundles to protocol 0.1; see the
server release notes.
Changed
- Refresh direct and transitive Rust dependencies, including Tokio, thiserror,
and TLS support, while retaining the Rust 1.88 minimum supported version. - Documentation uses the shared warm Hubuum theme from the ecosystem site's
unversioned stylesheet, including retained release editions. Future styling
updates no longer require changes or rebuilds in this repository.
Added
-
A walkthrough using the shared Atlas example inventory, with classes, objects,
relations, and permissions linked to the server-owned import and backup. -
A searchable, versioned documentation site with shared Hubuum navigation,
automatic GitHub Pages publishing, the latest release as its default,
immutable release snapshots, and an explicit development edition.
Fixed
- Documentation tables keep long environment-variable names readable, use wider
reference layouts, and scroll within the table on small screens. Shared style
fixes also reach retained release documentation.
