Compatibility

• This release explicitly targets Hubuum server v0.0.17 and its immutable tested
  image. The new collection integration methods are optional extensions requiring
  the coordinated server update after v0.0.17; existing APIs retain the pinned
  v0.0.17 baseline. Rust 1.88 and the public feature combinations are unchanged.
• Update the HTTP connection coordination dependency want to 0.3.2 after
  refreshing all dependencies compatible with the declared MSRV.

Changed

• Recognize backup format 8 from the collection-integration server update while
  retaining formats 6 and 7. The pinned v0.0.17 server still emits format 7.

Fixed

• Collection destination queries expose only filters supported by the server.

Added

• Collection-owned webhook CRUD and permitted sink discovery through
  collection(id).event_sinks() and collection_event_sinks(id) in both client modes.
• Administrator methods to list, grant and revoke a global sink's collection use.
  Safe collection destination models omit configuration, URLs and credentials.
