[Kandinsky] Improve useability/visibility of interpolation of Kandinsky

This PR: #4207 introduce a relatively simple UX to run Kandinsky pipelines end-to-end. However doing interpolation with Kandinsky still remains quite difficult:

• We don't have Auto... pipelines for interpolation
• Interpolation is attached to the less visible prior pipelines of Kandinsky and not yet supported by the "Combined" end-to-end pipelines
• We could have more documentation / a whole task page about it
• Should we even consider building separate "interpolation" for Kandinsky
• While at it, we should also check [Kandinsky] Add combined pipelines / Fix cpu model offload / Fix inpainting #4207 (comment) and how to best solve this

Would be great to dive a bit into how user-friendly interpolation is at the moment and it could potentially be improved

There is an Interpolation section in the Kandinsky guide (the PR is waiting for some syntax things to be incorporated into the doc-builder), but for even more visibility we can create a standalone section for it under the Techniques section.
