This would be helpful, ROCm is one of my testing platforms and currently requires having the onnxruntime package installed as well to satisfy the dependency check.

You may want to add onnxruntime-training as another allowed name, since many of the nightly packages use that, and I think that's also the name if you build your own ORT.
