EpiStepLab v1.1.0

English | 简体中文

A Chinese-language skill for discussing, running, and checking medical public-database R research one confirmed step at a time. Both versions are formal releases; v1.1.0 is the recommended download and v1.0.0 remains available as the historical version.

Download Use
episteplab-v1.1.0.skill Complete skill, references, templates, and MIT license in a ZIP container
Codex Plugin ZIP Same complete skill in a lightweight plugin container; no backend or MCP service
SKILL.md Reading/preview only; not the complete skill

Installation · Quick start · Research preparation

GitHub's automatic Source code ZIP/TAR contains the tagged repository and development material. It is separate from these three manual downloads. Some extractors need a copy of .skill renamed to .zip; direct import depends on the host. Load only one version of episteplab at a time.

This version

Adds indicator provenance, method discovery at startup/resumption, and open comparison of methods for the question and data. The two original R templates retain v1.0.0 bytes.

Original runtime bytes come from this version's preserved source, not a reconstruction from another version. Publication documents, the MIT file, and plugin metadata are identified additions. Source manifest

Validation and limits

Existing records: 11 process scenarios (4 successful methods, 7 refusals), 26 numeric checks, and 6 AI behavior scenarios. These are technical checks and behavior rehearsals, not independent medical studies. Full report, failures and limits

Original technical execution used Windows 11 and R 4.4.2. The host supplies file access, R, internet/search, and actual image review. Runtime resources remain Chinese. Real database research, scientific validity, publication readiness, automatic triggering and comprehensive host/OS/English compatibility are not established. A formal release does not change those limits. Total development time and token consumption are not fully established.

This version

Preserves the original step-confirmation workflow, complete inputs, independent R sessions, and result checking.

Original runtime bytes come from this version's preserved source, not a reconstruction from another version. Publication documents, the MIT file, and plugin metadata are identified additions. Source manifest

Validation and limits

Existing records: 17 synthetic subprocess scenarios and 9 AI behavior scenario types, including a targeted retest after a missing sensitivity-analysis reminder. These are technical checks and behavior rehearsals, not independent medical studies. Full report, failures and limits
