Format.STANDARD_LINE_SEPERATOR is wrong

Currently set as "\r\n" but this should be just "\n" as per: http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml/#sec-line-ends

Decided keep the format compatible with JDOM 1.x but then also added a mechanism to make it easier / possible to set a global default for the line-terminator. You can now name the end-of-line strategy it with a JDOM property.
