Update to Jaxen 1.1.4 #97

Jaxen 1.1.4 is now compatible with Java 7

It also fixes several bugs involving namespace nodes, and variable and function bindings in the presence of the default namespace.

sure.... and there's a new xerces as well.

Changing these libraries will impact performance of JDOM, etc. and there are some performance statistics that will need to be modified.

This will hold to the next release .... which should be in the next 2 to 3 weeks.

@rolfl rolfl Fixes #97 - upgrade to Jaxen 1.1.4
Had to ignore some tests because there's some regressions in 1.1.4, like union expressions do not necessarily return data in document order any more.
