Fixed

• A task whose named scenarios stay red offers ruling each one's test
  wrong, beside a nudge; a test that can never pass is named, its
  ruling first with the reason filled in.
• A Python test asserting \r\n in output it reads with text=True
  is refused and asked for again: text mode turns it into \n.
