1. Smart Tailscale Management: The app now checks if Tailscale is running before attempting to toggle the exit node
2. Automatic Startup: If Tailscale is stopped, the app automatically runs tailscale up to start it
3. Enhanced Status Display: The menu now shows "Tailscale: Stopped" when Tailscale is not running
4. Visual Feedback: The menubar icon changes to a "network.slash" symbol when Tailscale is stopped
5. Improved Tooltips: The tooltip now indicates when clicking will start Tailscale and toggle the exit node
