A maintenance release, focused on wallet synchronization, decoy-selection fixes, and node stability.
This release carries forward the HF7 rollback introduced in the emergency release 2.2.3.600. Please read its notes for the full details and warnings: https://github.com/hyle-team/zano/releases/tag/2.2.3.600
Update is recommended for everyone.

[*] core: fixed rare alt-block pruning bug: alt blocks exceeding the retention limit are now removed through the normal deletion path + proper handling of alt blocks that share a timestamp (#746)
[*] core: network idle handlers (epee TCP server) are no longer permanently disabled when a handler throws (#745)
[*] rpc / wallet: restored legacy full-block (non-compact) synchronization against updated daemons: the wallet now always identifies itself as a compact-capable client and requests full blocks via a separate compatibility flag, so the 2.2.3.603 old-client cutoff no longer rejects full-block sync (#772)
[*] wallet: reworked decoy selection for pre-HF4 bare outputs (#765, #771, #773)
[*] wallet: fixed sync reconnection after the daemon closes the connection (EOF) (#770)
[*] wallet: fixed wallet-manager state during transfer callbacks: the transfer / transfer-canceled callbacks now carry the originating wallet and a "sync in progress" flag (#757)
[*] simplewallet: fixed the export_history command (#769)
[*] general: fixed Linux AppImage startup by bundling the complete NSS/NSPR libraries (#767)
