v1.1.3 — Glama metadata + CI workflow

Metadata + CI release. No code changes — index.js is byte-identical to v1.1.2, so npm package contents are unchanged. The npm package and MCP registry remain at 1.1.2.

What changed

• glama.json added — surfaces hypeprinter007-stack as verified maintainer to Glama's listing. Closes Glama's "No glama.json" listing gap.
• CI workflow added — runs node --check index.js plus a 3-second boot smoke test across Node 18 / 20 / 22 on every push and PR.
• server.json version field synced from 1.0.1 → 1.1.2 to match the already-published MCP registry entry (no functional effect — registry was published in the prior session via mcp-publisher).

Why no npm bump

The tarball installed via npx -y signalfuse-mcp is byte-identical to v1.1.2. Anyone on 1.1.2 has the same runtime behavior as 1.1.3.

Compatibility

• Drop-in replacement for v1.1.2. No config changes required.
• All 11 tools, env vars, and the SIGNALFUSE_CREDIT_TOKEN flow are unchanged.
