Improve handling of --diff mode

This adds slightly better support for dead code detection when running with --diff.

Also splits TypeCoercion into three new issues - ArgumentTypeCoercion, PropertyTypeCoercion and ReturnTypeCoercion, with similar treatment for MixedTypeCoercion. Existing config suppressions for TypeCoercion and MixedTypeCoercion should still work.
