This is a maintenance patch release for the 2.4 branch.

• hypermail's 2.4.1 tar.gz release archive was including twice the PCRE files. This resulted not only in a bigger tar file, but raised errors when unpacking it in openBSD systems. Reported by @jcourreges in #138

• Backported some bug fixes for getname.c and getdate.y from 3.0 to fix warnings that were raised when compiling 2.4.2.
