Edit a filter. Click a rule in Settings → Accounts → Filters (each row now carries a pencil beside its trash button) to open it in the filter dialog with everything filled in: account, field, match, text, destination folder, and both switches. Save replaces the rule in place. Adding a filter works as before.

More room in the rule rows. The rows have padding around the title and the stacked switches, and the pencil and switch labels match the colour of the rest of the row.
