ControlOS v2.0.5. Keyless build for friends: it updates itself from this repo.

  • controlos-v2.0.5-share-factory.bin: first install over USB (https://web.esphome.io)

  • controlos-v2.0.5-share-ota.bin: Wi-Fi update (panels with auto-update fetch it themselves)

  • Home Inbox tile and Inbox badge count a waiting update

  • CI: Validate no longer compiles the panel firmware (Release does)

  • PRs state their Actions minutes; docs-only changes use none

  • Update screen: opaque cards and plain background, repaint every 2 percent

  • CI: Validate on pull requests only; HA status re-read from the API server after a client disconnects
