• launchpad: the desktop flattens a Button's children to its label, so the toggle's colors never showed. The knob is now a primary Button when on, with the state word beside it. A mod with no enabled row in /config (the desktop lists none) now shows on by default, with its eye and toggle, and the launchpad remembers what its own switch turned off.

Highlights

• test-hud: the pane groups failing tests by file, class, suite or module (vitest and pytest by path, Maven and Gradle by class, jest and bun by suite, cargo by module; go and rspec stay a flat list). show puts the file in the prompt, run reruns just that group. A toast names tests that turn flaky, once per test per session (flakyToast option, on by default). The hint line under the prompt shows passing over total, colored by the result.
• allowlist-coach: /allowlist demo shows the pane with sample rules, so you can see it before any permission dialog has been counted.
• launchpad: the Mods tab lists test-hud with its toggle and eye, and /pad quiet reaches it. Fix: the panel no longer offers to install allowlist-coach or agent-watch when both are installed.

• plain-view: with its card showing an agents row, the band message (progress, agent in focus, stalled warning, summary) moves under ◇ N agents running and the band above the prompt goes away.
