#89 — fix(glass): translucent bubble at rest and glass while swiping pages

Merged by contribution from @igorcv88.

Follow-up to #88, from the user's second device recording. Dragging the bubble with a finger is now stable. Two problems remained:

Symptom Fix
At rest, a solid green pill as wide as the tab The rest wash is back to OneMate's 10% white (dark theme) / 10% black (light), plus a 16% hairline edge that fades out as the lens takes over. WhatsApp's own pill stays hidden, so this translucent bubble is the only indicator.
Swiping between pages moves the bubble as a flat pill, with no glass While a swipe drives the bubble, it now rises into the lens (BubbleMotion.lift, a press without a finger). When the pager goes idle it deflates onto the tab.

Validation

  • :app:testWhatsappDebugUnitTest :app:assembleWhatsappDebug: 455 tests, 0 failures. The rest-tint test was reverted to the 10% wash, and a lift/release test was added.
  • Not tested on a device. If the translucent rest bubble still reads badly, the user's stated fallback is a small indicator around the icon only.
