The last step before 2.0.0, tagged v2.0.0-rc9 so a studio already installed offers it in Engine → Updates: the Refiner as a canvas with pipelines, the DAW as a preview, steps of your own, eight stems, each LoRA's wave through the song, Content Credentials on every download (HERESY 1446–1566).

The Refiner

  • A canvas of nodes: every step a node, wired the way the sound goes; a click opens its panel, a right-click runs the chain up to it or bypasses it; clones of a step beside it; profiles keep the steps' settings and the nodes' places by name; the list stays a click away.
  • Pipelines: the chain as steps in their own order, seven shipped (Quick polish, Song: stems and remaster, Song: my DAW mix, Song: full air, Warm tape, Spoken word, Look only) and a plugin's own; on the workspace's takes or the Librarian's checked ones, one after another.
  • New steps: Whole lead (the lead voice brought back from Backing Vocals where the split lost it), Voice upscale (UniverSR on the voice stems), Before and after (any file measured against what it was made from), Match to a reference, the Digital Gateway (tape, console, tube, transformer or vinyl in numbers).
  • Eight stems by their proper names: Lead Vocal, Backing Vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano, winds and the rest.
  • Steps of your own: a plugin in user/plugins/ adds steps with panels drawn from their fields, on a set of stems and on the GPU too (docs/PLUGINS.md).
  • The take's tree in the chain's order with a player per sound, marks on every branch, a trash for branches, equal loudness in Compare.

The DAW (a preview)

  • The take's stems on lanes, Bitwig's way: a ruler with a loop, zoom, the song's sections, a meter on every lane, a version per lane picked by a click.
  • A console under the lanes: EQ, compressor, sends to a room and a delay, width, pan, polarity, fader; sidechain, VCA groups, audio buses; the master's EQ, compressor and lookahead limiter, live as rendered; Mono and Dim.
  • Automation of volume, pan, width and both sends; fades on a cut; moving and copying a stretch along a lane.
  • Inserts through the Digital Gateway or a plugin's step; Mix renders it all on Forge, the mixes kept by name and following you to any browser.

The Creator

  • Each LoRA's wave through the song (flat, an arch or drawn by hand) and one budget for the adapters that share their layers, measured; the voice and genre sliders gone after measuring them.
  • The IRA merge (Instrumental and Real Audio folded into YuE2-3B), named in the model selectors with its adapters.
  • Denoising steps on a slider, Also render with (a take again by other solvers from its own codes), the song's length by its mode (music up to 10:00, speech up to 15:00).
  • The Creator's versions: every Generate's words kept under its title, apart from the takes.

The Librarian, the Trainer and the page

  • Content Credentials (C2PA) on every download: made by AI in Ruach Studio, refined by a person when the Refiner made it, your name if you give it; the sound untouched.
  • The Librarian's guards before a mass trash or move; imports in their own workspace.
  • The trainer's early stop on held-out tracks, the best epoch named; voice runs at rank 32.
  • The Engine and the guide over the room, in tabs; every job's progress above the player; new pictures of every room in the guide.

Install / update

  • New: INSTALL.md, or Pinokio on Linux: download it from https://github.com/igrbible/Ruach_Studio and press Install.
  • From rc8: Engine → Updates in the page, or Pinokio's Update. The models you have stay.

Known limits

  • The DAW is a preview: its own score editor comes later.
  • The Artist is an early preview.
  • tools/test-real.sh, the optional real-server test, predates the workspaces and is out of date here; 2.0.0 renews it.

Linux with an NVIDIA card (12 GB and more). Windows 11 through WSL2: INSTALL_WINDOWS.md.
