What is Gemini Omni?Gemini Omni is Google DeepMind's video generation and editing model family. Unlike general-purpose multimodal assistants, it is video-first: generation, conversational editing and camera control share one model surface. It reaches users through two paths:
Compared with single-shot "prompt → clip" generators, Omni's defining idea is that a clip stays editable: you keep talking to the model about the same output until it matches the brief. |

Official demos show a single style frame producing a multi-shot clip with accurate on-screen text and motion tracking. These are vendor demonstrations, not independently reproduced results. Comparison with other video models
Omni trades raw single-pass duration for iteration depth and distribution: it is the strongest fit when a clip needs many rounds of feedback, or when the output has to land directly inside Google's ad and workspace products. |

For comparison, this list's Seedance CN discussion keeps a running fee table for the ByteDance family. |

Gemini Omni: Detailed Introduction
Gemini Omni is Google DeepMind's video generation and editing model family, built for conversational, multi-shot video creation across the Gemini API and Google's creative products.
What it is. A video-first member of the Gemini model line, exposed through Gemini API, Google AI Studio and Google Cloud, and embedded in Google Flow, Google Vids and Google Ads.
Signature capability. Multi-turn conversational editing of the same clip, deeper cinematic camera control, and stronger fidelity to reference material — iterate instead of regenerating from scratch.
Availability. The 1.2 Flash release is generally available (GA) across the API, AI Studio and Cloud; Google Flow rollout is in progress. Gemini App access covers all Google AI subscribers.
Limits. Up to 15 seconds per generation; drafts at 360p/720p can be upscaled to 1080p or 4K.
Price. 720p video at $0.07/second, 30% below the 1.1 release.
Note. 1.2 Flash was announced 2026-11-05.
