v0.23.1: fix warped phone rendering of wide terminals

Wide terminals mirrored to a phone rendered warped: mobile WebKit
enforces a minimum effective font size, and the CSS zoom the viewer
templates used to fit the terminal counts toward it — a wide session
fit at zoom ~0.2 got its ghost text boosted ~4x (ignoring
text-size-adjust, so v0.23.0's opt-out didn't cover it), inflating the
terminal box and unseating the canvas glyphs. Both templates now fit
with transform: scale, which the autosizer never sees; fit, pinch/
ctrl+wheel zoom, and pan behave as before, verified across WebKit,
Firefox, and Chromium.

Updated push clients deliver the fixed page through existing hubs
verbatim; the embed view (iframe or ) is served by the
hub itself and picks the fix up when the hub is upgraded.
