First release.

Finds, extracts and edits Fallout Shelter .sav files from a connected iPad, Finder backups, or folders on this Mac. Apple Silicon, macOS 14+.

No third-party dependencies. Talks to macOS's own usbmuxd over its unix socket and implements lockdown, TLS, installation_proxy, house_arrest and AFC directly in Swift.

  • Multi-pass scan with 0–100% progress across every source
  • Full-device sweep of every storage area iOS exposes, with per-area time budgets
  • Extract all saves to a folder — original .sav plus readable .json
  • Structured and raw-JSON editing; write-back keeps a timestamped .bak
  • Built-in auto-update, verified by SHA-256 and code signature

The app is ad-hoc signed, so on first launch use right-click ▸ Open.

Note: Fallout Shelter ships with iTunes File Sharing off, so iOS blocks reading its Documents folder directly over USB. Use the Finder-backup route described in the README.
