✨ New

• A desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux. A small Tauri 2 client that sits in the tray, shows what needs you, raises native notifications, badges the dock and opens straight into a review or a Build. Like the phone app, it is only a client: it talks to your workspace over the existing API and runs nothing locally. This first phase ships unsigned installers (.dmg, .msi/.exe, .deb/.AppImage) as CI build artifacts; signing, auto-update and release downloads come next. See desktop/README.md. (#833, #835)

⚡ Performance

• The desktop app idles light. Screens load the first time you open them, the bundle carries only the icon set it uses, and on macOS a window hidden for 10 minutes drops its webview while the dock badge keeps working. (#833, #837)
• An open chat no longer grows memory while it sits idle. The chat poll kept a copy of the whole transcript on every tick, so a large thread could grow the app by ~150 MB a minute. It now fetches only what is new, and polling pauses while the window is hidden or the screen is not in front. This also helps the phone app and web dashboard. A memory soak now runs in CI.
