Added

• Publish the TypeScript Oxlint plugin as cvx-kit/oxlint, with six rules for
  component isolation, environment access, schema placement, public facades,
  API ordering, and named private helpers. Consumer entry points and package
  self-import boundaries are configurable.
• Enforce all 15 generic anti-slop rules in the repository and verify the
  published plugin through fresh npm and Bun installations in CI.

Changed

• Replace cast-heavy command, CRUD, tenancy, auth, webhook, and tool boundaries
  with schema-derived types and validation. Preserve distinct agent-tool result
  types and validate the emitted declarations in packed consumers.
• Tighten TypeScript contracts for query middleware, include transforms, audit
  metadata, and webhook targets. See docs/upgrading.md for migration details.
• Format owned source, tests, scripts, and documentation consistently.
