Initial v1.0.0 release of NeckCompass (Product #3 in the NeckLink fruit-fly brain suite). Includes Python SDK (pip install neckcompass), PlasticLandmarkRing soft-iron distortion learning, FanBodyNavigator GPS-blackout return-to-home, and zero-heap/zero-float Q15 ANSI C99 MCU core (316 B RAM, ~1 us/step).
