writ doctor --fix no longer crashes on an install without bible/, and one failing repair no longer skips the rest.

Fixed

  • corpus-drift with no bible/. bible/ is untracked, so no install has it; the check counted every graph node as drift and offered reconcile, which refused the empty oracle and raised. It now warns that bible/ was not found and offers no repair.
  • A failing repair stops only itself. writ doctor --fix reports fix failed: <name>: <error> on stderr and continues, so later repairs (post-commit hook, PATH symlink) still run.
