Forge v0.20.1 — Packaging fix

v0.20.1 is code-identical to v0.20.0 plus a single packaging fix: the container image (ghcr.io/initializ/forge) now builds.

v0.20.0's image build failed because the Dockerfile builder base image was still golang:1.25-alpine while the workspace moved to Go 1.26 (#548). With GOTOOLCHAIN=local the container couldn't auto-upgrade, so go work sync aborted (go.work requires go >= 1.26.0). Bumped the base image to golang:1.26-alpine (#563). CLI binaries and the Homebrew formula were unaffected in v0.20.0.
