The current setup only supports generating a single release document.

  • Determine whether we should keep multiple release documents within the repository simultaneously
  • If so, figure out how to implement this
  • Regardless, figure out how to only display change requests and completed problem reports that occurred within the current release (at the moment, we assume we are grabbing all of them!); the approach we use should work with various project managers

Make github backend include the release_id on change requests
