Changed

  • Cadzow settings are routed by probe geometry (cadzow_lfp_kwargs: NP1 or NP2 LFP defaults of ibldsp, which remove the CSD window seams); cadzow_kwargs / run_cadzow_checkpoint keywords override them. compress_bin_to_h5 lets Cadzow estimate the bad channels (bad_channels_as_missing) instead of interpolating them.
  • Requires ibl-neuropixel>=1.14.0.
