We are able to launch content shell with ozone wayland platform. This task is to handle any issues with doing the same for chrome.
ContentShell is nothing but a stripped down version of Chromium. Should be straightforward. How ever, any related tasks should be created once the work is evaluated.
Dependency: Issue 11 should be handled before this.
