• Export ceremony (src/bundle/exportBundle.ts):
  exportBundle({ meta, issueRecoveryCode, listSpaces, exportSpace, exportPassphrase, onProgress, signal })
  issues the account's recovery code, then lists the account's Spaces, exports
  each through the host's per-Space primitive in the order listed, and packs the
  bundle. The code is minted first so the bundle carries the unlock Space it
  opens, and the code string is never returned. A failed Space export fails the
  ceremony, naming the Space with the host's error as cause, and a list naming
  no account Space refuses with AccountSpaceArchiveMissingError.
