CLI

When I start a new project by ionic CLI v4.8.0 can
see a tips like " Which version do you like to create a project?3 or 4?", but now in the latest CLI no tips show, and just create ioinic4 by default.

@woodstream You can use --type=ionic-angular to start Ionic 3 projects. I've updated the documentation for ionic start to reflect this. Thanks!

Is there any reference that notes that a type of angular = Ionic 4 and ionic-angular = Ionic 3? I saw those types but didn't know this relationship until I saw the comment here. Putting that detail here could help: https://ionicframework.com/docs/cli/commands/start

I think most people follow the intro/installation guide for either version:

But you're right, no reason we can't explain it in ionic start as well! 👍

Wait, I already did this. 😂 I just need to deploy to the docs.
