[Ionic v4] virtual-scroll does not render all items and shows white space

Describe the Bug
Virtual-scroll does not calculate correctly the number of items and shows a white space while scrolling.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Clone this repository https://github.com/aam-antonio/ionic-large-lists.git
2. npm install
3. npm run start
4. Click GO TO VIRTUAL LIST
5. Open Group 0 -> open Group 4 -> open Subgroup 2

Expected Behavior
The virtual-scroll should render all items that fits on the screen.
