id in plugin.xml still references old value

the id attribute in the main tag inside plugin.xml is still com.ionic.keyboard instead of ionic-plugin-keyboard. This causes the plugin to be installed in the wrong directory and the prepare command trying to reinstall the plugin every time.

To elaborate a bit: when installing the plugin like so:

$ cordova plugin add ionic-plugin-keyboard --save
Fetching plugin "ionic-plugin-keyboard@1.0.5" via npm
Saved plugin info for "com.ionic.keyboard" to config.xml
Installing "com.ionic.keyboard" for android
Installing "com.ionic.keyboard" for ios

, it installs the plugin in the plugins/com.ionic.keyboard directory, while it generates this line in config.xml:

<plugin name="com.ionic.keyboard" spec="~1.0.5" />

Now, everytime when I run cordova prepare, it generates the following erroneous output:

$ cordova prepare
Discovered plugin "ionic-plugin-keyboard" in config.xml. Installing to the project
Fetching plugin "ionic-plugin-keyboard@1.0.5" via npm
Plugin "com.ionic.keyboard" already installed on android.
Plugin "com.ionic.keyboard" already installed on ios.

And removing the plugin has to be done with it's old name:

$ cordova plugin rm ionic-plugin-keyboard
Plugin "ionic-plugin-keyboard" is not present in the project. See `cordova plugin list`.

The problem is: cordova cli uses the npm name to find plugins online, but it uses the ID from plugin.xml to save the plugin in the plugin directory and reference it in later commands.

When these names differ, it makes it hard to use config.xml as a reference for installed plugins and their specific versions and for bootstrapping the app.
