Patch Release: v0.2.3

This patch release addresses issues with being unable to connect to modules with certain customized speed firmwares and certain clients and entries not working in the API widget.

• Exposes all of the entries and clients for advanced speed modules
• Allows a wider range of speed firmware to properly connect to the tool
