Link profile mixture model across partitions

Hi,

I want to link the same set of exchangeabilities, gamma rate classes, and frequencies (UDM profile mixture model) across 3 partitions in an MSA. So far I have only got site-homogeneous frequenceies to work using the --model-joint flag. I can seem to get the UDM model (which I defined using a .nex file passed using -mdef) working (it gives an error of: ERROR: File not found VT+UDM0016NONE). Can you please help?
