AI API Gateway Platform - 将 AI 订阅配额分发和管理

  • fix(channels): 后端按次/图片计费跳过 token 区间重叠校验
    v0.1.126-local.1 只修了前端校验, 后端仍按 token 语义拦截,
    保存时报 "unbounded interval must be the last one"。

完整集成的修复:

  • fix(channels): 按次/图片计费模式跳过 token 区间重叠校验
    (前端 + 后端)
  • feat(channels): 渠道未填价时按 LiteLLM 默认价展示
  • build(frontend): pnpm 10 在 Docker 非 TTY 环境下的构建脚本修复
