Setup installs media support

  • The installer now downloads the missing components itself, so video and audio downloads work right after installation. Without a connection the app installs them on its first start, as before.
  • Automatic updates stay fast: they skip this step, and the app adds anything missing after it restarts.

Update channel

  • Releases are checked against the address installed copies read, so an update can no longer be published where the app does not look.
  • Copies older than 1.6.1 cannot update themselves: install this Setup once by hand; later versions arrive automatically.
