Removed

• Breaking: ITokenCountService is gone. WebFlux never implemented or registered it, and the only reader — the Auto chunking
  strategy's token-efficiency term — used a fixed 0.8 whenever it was absent, which is what every caller got. Auto strategy scores are
  unchanged. Migration: drop your implementation and its registration; AutoChunkingStrategy no longer takes the parameter.

Fixed

• MarkdownQuote.Level reports how deeply a quote is nested (1 for a top-level quote, 2 for a quote inside a quote …).
  It was always 1.
