  • comments: POST /api/v1/presentations/:id/comments answers a slideId that names no slide of the deck with 404 slide_not_found (was 400), beside parent_not_found. MCP add_comment/reply_to_comment now e-mail and fire the comment webhook like the other contracts, and answer a missing deck 404 / no comment right 403 (D255). For forks: maybeFireWebhook(repoRoot, origin, event) takes an origin string where it took the request, and notifyCommentCreated / notifyMentionsAdded take no request; notifyCommentCreatedInApp and routes/api/presentations/comments-shared.js are removed (import from server/services/comments.js).
